Private physiotherapy can supplement NHS treatment that your child is already receiving; or it can bridge the gap if you are on a long waiting list. If you currently have an NHS physiotherapist, I will liaise with them to see how we can best work together to support you and your child.
Most sessions will take place in my own practice, which is within 5 minutes of Canterbury City Centre. I am also able to provide sessions at your child’s nursery, school or a leisure centre if I believe that this will best meet their needs.

My first meeting with you and your child will include a thorough assessment. This will usually take about an hour and will give us the information we need to work out what the next steps should be. I will also use this to create a bespoke and targeted treatment plan focussed on goals that are important to you and your child. Follow up sessions will be targeted to your child’s needs with take-aways that you can replicate at home, school, nursery or on the sports field.
I strongly advocate effective, early intervention. I believe that parent’s are the experts on their own children, so please do get in touch for an informal chat and to ask any questions you may have that are specific to your child.
